The Tolerance Induction Program (TIP) is individualized for each child. Preparation for enrolling a new child into the program begins 4 to 6 weeks prior to your first appointment. The program requires both a personal and financial commitment to complete successfully. In an effort to provide clarity and transparency into the program commitments, below are the steps required to enroll in the program once you approach the top of the waitlist:
- Families will receive a Financial Acknowledgement form via email to complete and submit to acknowledge the costs of the Tolerance Induction Program.
- Once the Financial Acknowledgement Form is submitted, families will receive an invoice for their first quarterly TIP program fee. This fee is fully refundable prior to your first appointment should you decide not to move forward in the program.
- Once payment is received, families will receive a pull notification email with a Food Intake Questionnaire that will need to be submitted.
- When the first three steps are completed, call to schedule your Onboarding appointment.
We appreciate your support and understanding of this process. Our goal is to reduce the time families must wait to enter the program.
