We are experiencing a high volume of no shows for appointments. We understand these are difficult times for everyone and due to your set of circumstances, you may feel the need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. We are proactively reaching out to those who have scheduled appointments to confirm so we can better prepare the clinic and staff for each day’s needs. If you are unsure if you will be able to attend your upcoming appointment, please let our staff know this when you are contacted. Each appointment generates a large amount of preparation from our entire team of providers. Each appointment requires a coordinated effort with our food lab and transportation of you or your child’s treatment food dose(s). In a time with food supplies limited, this is creating a lot of food and operational waste. This is also creating a large financial strain. We would appreciate your help in mitigating these stresses to our organization. If you choose not to keep your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 48 hour notice.
- Patients who do not show to their appointments will be charged a $150 fee starting Monday April 6th.
- Please note, same day cancellations will be considered the same as a no show
We are working very diligently to continue providing our patients with their necessary appointments to complete their treatment plans safely.
We would also like to reassure those patients in active treatment cycles that are able to keep their appointments that they will have priority in scheduling future appointments in the coming months. We will try our best to make sure your treatment is uninterrupted without delays as we anticipate a surge of requests for appointments in the next coming months.
